Finished at last! I plan to put it away for a few months and look at it with fresh eyes down the line but for now, it is finished. Will sign it once it is dry enough.

I decided on 'Acquiesence' as a title in the end, although funnily enough 'determination' was one I had considered too... so hard to choose good titles, I love your suggestion.
